Zgallerie.com has a detailed Return Policy. For Furniture, returns or exchanges can be processed by contacting customer service via email or phone, including the order number, item to be returned/exchanged, and reason for the return/exchange. Stocked Furniture can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, with a 25% restocking fee charged on all furniture returns. Custom Furniture is not returnable. Delivery fees and oversize fees are non-refundable. For Non-Furniture items, they are eligible for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Custom Art, Custom Window Panels, and Custom Bedding are not returnable. Once the return/exchange is approved, the product needs to be returned within 14 days to their warehouse. Packages must be returned prepaid at the customer’s expense. Refunds will be processed when the item has been received in their warehouse. The returned item will be inspected and approved for refunds. Please allow up to 30 days from the date that Z Gallerie has received your return for the refund to be processed.

As for the Shipping Policy, Zgallerie.com ships to all U.S. residential and business addresses in all states, except Hawaii & Alaska. They do not currently offer shipping out of the United States. Orders are shipped from either their distribution center in Los Angeles or directly from the vendor. Purchases are shipped when all items are in stock. Partially in stock purchases will not be shipped until all items are in stock. If you would like your in-stock items shipped immediately, additional shipping charges may apply. The shipping and handling charges are determined by the dollar amount of your order and the shipping method you select. Certain items, such as Art and Mirrors will have a specific shipping charge attached. No other shipping charges will apply to these items. If items are temporarily out-of-stock, the total shipping and handling charges may be automatically adjusted and charged as the merchandise is shipped. They use UPS for standard shipping and a variety of major Freight Delivery carriers for larger items like Furniture that exceed UPS ground size and weight requirements. Special Handling and Oversize charges may apply and are based on total value of your order and the size, shape or weight of the item(s) being purchased. All orders received over $400.00 will be shipped with a signature requested for delivery. They also offer Unlimited Furniture Delivery From $199, where an unlimited number of eligible Furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate per shipping address. White Glove Delivery service is included on all flat rate orders unless noted otherwise on product page. Furniture items travel via freight carriers which may have extended processing and delivery times. Delivery rates are based on the driving distance from a Z Gallerie store. Direct Ship Furniture is included in flat rate but are not eligible for White Glove service.
